Brand O’ Guitar Company is not responsible for any incorrect interpretations of the artwork or order approval. While we do our best to catch typographical errors such as misspellings, it is the customer’s full responsibility to carefully proof artwork in its entirety. The final approved artwork is what goes into production and cannot be reversed. At the time of proofing Digital Artwork Proof, if you do notice a mistake, please contact art@brandoguitars.com so that the change can be corrected & re-sent for approval. Orders marked as “Approved” will be printed exactly as stated. Brand O’ Guitar Company is not responsible for any typographical errors that are overlooked and later approved by the customer.

Playability Disclaimer: Although each guitar is setup and tuned before leaving the factory, personal preferences and individual styles may require additional alterations. While this can be done by request at our facility we highly recommend that recipients bring their instruments to a professional luthier in their area. If electing to return to Brand O’ Guitar Company  a request must be made in writing within 30 days of the original ship date of the instrument. A nominal service fee will be applied to any and all non-warranty service work along with associated shipping and handling costs. These costs will be the responsibility of the end user and must be paid in full prior to completion and release of each instrument.

Most Brand O’ Guitar Company musical instruments are of entry level playing quality. Should an end user desire to trade up to a more professional model, a fair trade value will be applied toward another instrument purchased from Brand O’ Guitar Company.
